Eureka Heights Brewing Company, a popular craft brewery in the Houston Heights, approached Outdo to develop a website that showcase's their diverse beer offerings, promote their events, and grow their loyal customer base.
The major obstacles faced by the brand:
- Restricted Multilingual Capabilities: Their current website was only available in English, which restricted their ability to reach and engage with the diverse local community.
- Suboptimal Event Promotion: The website did not effectively highlight the brewery’s events and taproom activities, giving customers a tough time to understand and participate in these experiences.
- Stagnant Brew Club Membership: The brewery’s loyalty program, the Brew Club, lacked a cohesive digital presence and compelling benefits, resulting in limited member growth.
Eureka Heights' aim was simply to create an online presence which displays their craft beer offerings but also foster a stronger sense of community and loyalty among their customers.
