Service Delivery Policy

At Outdo, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services efficiently and professionally. This policy outlines how we define service delivery, handle potential delays, and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

1. Service Delivery Definition

  • A service is considered delivered upon completion of the agreed scope of work and submission of final files via email

  • For website projects, delivery is marked by website launch or handover.

  • For branding, content, and marketing services, delivery is confirmed through the final email submission of files or approved posts.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Each service has unique timelines based on scope and complexity.

  • Delays may occur due to technical issues, lack of materials, delayed approvals, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Clients will be informed of any delays through their preferred communication channel (email, WhatsApp, or phone).

3. Client Approvals & Delays

  • Clients must approve initial briefs and provide necessary materials before work begins.

  • If approvals, feedback, or inputs are delayed by the client, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

  • If a client is unresponsive for 30 days, Outdo will issue a final follow-up email before pausing the project or withholding final files until outstanding payments are cleared.

4. Handling Delays

  • If a delay is caused by Outdo, we will extend the deadline accordingly, but no refunds or discounts will be offered.

  • If the delay is due to incorrect briefing or mid-project scope changes, additional charges may apply.

5. Service Handover & Completion

  • Once the final project delivery email is sent, clients have 3 business days to raise any concerns. If no response is received, the project is considered completed and closed

  • For website projects, 30 days of post-delivery support is included. For other services, post-delivery support is evaluated on a case-to-case basis.

6. Force Majeure Clause

  • In the event of unforeseen global or local disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, regulatory changes), Outdo reserves the right to modify delivery timelines as necessary.

7. Post-Delivery Revisions

  • Once a project is marked completed, additional revisions will be subject to extra charges unless stated otherwise in the original agreement.
