At Outdo, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, branding, and content creation services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and related procedures.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are generally not applicable since we operate on an advance payment model.
- Refunds are only considered if Outdo is unable to complete the work due to technical issues or an inability to meet agreed-upon expectations.
- Refunds apply to all services based on the specific work details and circumstances.
- There is no fixed timeframe for refund requests as each project varies in scope and complexity.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel ongoing projects, but cancellation charges may apply.
- One-time projects require a 50% advance payment, with the remainder payable in one or two phases. Cancellation may result in forfeiture of advance payments.
- Retainer projects operate on a minimum six-month contract with half the payment due at the start and half at the end of each month. Early cancellations may incur penalties.
- Cancellations before work has begun are allowed without charges.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be sent via email to our official support team.
- Refund processing time is 15 to 20 working days from the approval date.
- Refunds are issued only via bank transfers to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Once a project phase is completed, refunds are not applicable. Examples include:
- Website Development: If the website is fully developed and only the launch is pending.
- Social Media Management: If content and designs for the month have been completed, but posting remains.
- Content Creation: If blog articles, newsletters, or written content have been delivered.
- Partial refunds are possible, but depend on the service type and the extent of work completed.
5. Force Majeure
Outdo shall not be held liable for delays, non-performance, or service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, platform restrictions, cyber-attacks, or economic crises. In such cases, we will work with the client to find an alternative solution, but refunds may not be applicable.
6. Modifications to the Policy
Outdo reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
