    • While Quarter Acre Pty Ltd (QA) had a substantial email database, the team wasn’t fully capitalizing on it due to a lack of robust email marketing strategies, specifically regarding cold emailing.
    • This scenario meant potentially missed opportunities for lead generation and client engagement.
    • QA needed to devise a strategy to effectively reach out to and engage with its cold email database, ultimately generating leads and gauging interest in property investments.
